Psychological approach to each horse and rider
Combining my passion for riding with my education in psychology, I’ve developed a unique teaching style that helps riders achieve their goals while building a symbiotic connection with their horse. Drawing from my years as Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel’s assistant, I use a variety of proven exercises to improve communication, biomechanics, and flow between horse and rider.
I offer three main teaching formats to suit your needs: virtual lessons, clinics, and mindset coaching. My training has no geographic barriers. I work with students worldwide, adapting to different time zones and busy schedules to provide accessible, effective coaching—wherever you are.
Virtual Lessons

Clinics

With a focus on classical principles, rider position, and effective communication, clinics are tailored to meet the needs of riders at all levels and disciplines—from the seasoned dressage horse to the new rider struggling with confidence.
Mindset Coaching
Success isn’t just about technique—it’s about mental clarity, confidence, and focus. My mindset coaching program is designed to help riders break through mental barriers, overcome challenges, and ride with purpose and precision. Using proven coaching techniques, psychology and horsemanship knowledge, these sessions will help you develop the mindset of a confident and effective rider, a change you’ll see not only in yourself, but within your horse as well.
